So i wanna review my new facial scrub that made for acne prone skin. It contains herbal clay + scrub for remove dirt and neem plant extract + salicylic acid for anti bacterial to cure n prevent acne skin

When i use this i feel the scrub a little maybe because it purpose for everyday use n i think it suitable for sensitive skin too. just so you know i just use facial scrub twice a week so i need more scrub to clean my pores

Hello angels i wanna tell u my story about vitamin D deficieny

I actually never thought that i'll suffer vitamin D deficiency coz i know i live in tropic country that sunlight always there every day 

I used to be easy to get cold n flu almost every 3 days usually i got flu n i was think i could've sinusitis till my mom concerned about that n told my daddy to bring me to a doctor

N my daddy easily said that im not get enough sunlight that why im easy to get flu

I dont believe that at first because i thought the sunlight is so bad because im so concerned about my skin it can cause aging the skin quickly , dark spot, dull, blackheads, wrinkle, cancer etc. So i use sunscreen like everybody else do n i think my daddy words is not scientific

And i trying to do research on my own with googling to find the cause n the cure

i read some article that said flu caused by vitamin D deficient one of the article written in Mercola.com (dr. Mercola is one of the famous doctor in america i think) So i belive it

some articles with research said that using sunscreen will deplete your vitamin D in your body n also there's some articles that said sunscreen is not affect vitamin D absorbtion in your body

But i finally believe that sunscreen affect vitamin D absorbtion in your body bcoz it will deter your skin to make vitamin D so it can caused vitamin D deficient

So because i use sunscreen n seldom to activity outdoor so i started to consume vitamin D3 supplement. Why D3 becoz usually people lack in vitamin D3 form coz D3 produce by the skin with help of the sunlight

Miss : actually used to be vitamin D/D3 supplement not entering indonesia because u know indonesia rich in sunlight but because many people in indonesia work indoor n use sunscreen especially women in indonesia that freak-out to get dark skin so vitamin D deficiency is common nowadays 

Me : Omg she knows it too ( my heart said)

so after consume D3 400 UI supplement my cold n flu completely better i still get flu but not often like usually i get cold n flu every 3 days but right now i get flu is so rare n my mood become better used to get depressed n tiredness easily, insomnia but right now it's not anymore, i wish i know it from the beginning ! U were right daddy (my heart said)

just so u know vitamin D is not only benefit for healthy bones but also for hormone, immune etc u know that european n american like to sunbathing when summer it's not only becoz they like tan skin but they said feel happy n warm that's why it's addictive coz sunlight/vitamin D also produce hormone serotonin in the body n makes feel good, happy. vitamin D deficiency is not only can caused to get flu easily but also depressed, fatigue n tiredness etc

There is an article said that korean women 9x more to get depressed nowadays than used to be n it said becoz korean women nowadays use sunscreen it caused vitamin D deficient and asian n dark skin more likely to have vitamin D dificient becoz the pigment make it harder to get enough vitamin D than fair/pale skin

So if u work indoor or u use sunscreen but wanna get enough vitamin D make sure u sunbathing everyday for 10 minutes for fair/white skin n 1 hours for asian/dark skin without sunscreen or u can consume vitamin D3 supplement at least 400 UI or drink two glass of milk everyday ( check the label nutrition fact of milk n choose milk with highest vitamin D3)

I personally consume Nature's Plus vitamin D3 400 UI right now and or Indomilk Full Cream bcoz it has the highest vitamin D3 i've ever known in dairy milk

note : every beauty products with SPF (sun protection filter) or UV filter it means it has sunscreen

My Skincare & Haircare Routine

Hello angels this time i gonna post about my skincare n haircare routine step by step, so chek this out

Daily Routine :

Morning :

1. cleanse my face with clear water

2. i use Skin Aqua UV Moisture Milk SPF 50 PA+++ for sunscreen n moisturizer*

3. i use Sebamed lip Defense SPF 30 for protect n moisture my lip*

4. i use Vaseline Healthy White SPF 30 PA++ Serum for my body sunscreen n moisturizer*

Night : 

1. clean my face with Mustika Ratu Minyak Zaitun Olive Oil n wait 20 minutes before clean it with water (cleansing oil + face mask)

2. clean my face again with Nivea Pure Source Cleansing Foam

3. I use Secret Key Starting Treatment Essence

4. i use Etude House Skin Malgem Moist toner

5. I use Derma-E Vitamin A Retinyl Palmitate Wrinkle Treatment Creme for night cream

6. I use The Face Shop Jeju Aloe 99% Fresh Shooting Gel as sleeping mask

7. I use The Face Shop Jeju Aloe 99% Fresh Shooting Gel as eye cream too

8. I use The Body Shop White Musk Body Butter for moisture my body

Weekly routine :

Morning or afternoon 

- scrub my body with Shinzu'i Skin Lightening Body Scrub 

- do daily morning routine no. 1-4 (if i scrub in the morning)

Night

- massage my face with Mustika Ratu Minyak Zaitun Olive Oil one a week (5 minutes massage n wait for 15 minutes before cleanse with water (face mask)) 

-Scrub my face with Pond's No Blackheads Deep Cleansing Facial Scrub twice a week 

- i use Madurasa Premium Plus Royal Jelly & Bee Polen honey as face mask (20 minutes) twice a week after scrubbing n after that do daily night routine no. 3 -8

Haircare routine :

Daily :

Morning

1. I use Lorea'l Smooth Intense Anti-Frizz Shampoo every other day

Monthly :

Morning

1. I use Pantene Pro-V Aqua Pure Shampoo (silicon free shampoo) to clean silicone build up on my hair

2. Two days after shampoo with pantene i use Mustika Ratu Minyak Zaitun Olive Oil as hair mask for 20 minutes n cleanse my hair with Lorea'l Smooth Intense Anti-Frizz Shampoo after that (if u have dry hair u can use hair mask weekly)

Note : 

* if u use sunscreen it will deter your skin to make vitamin D it can caused vitamin D deficient so make sure u sunbathing your skin for at least 10 minutes for white/fair skin without sunscreen n at least 1 hour without sunscreen for dark skin/asian skin coz pigment skin slower the skin to get vitamin D or use vitamin D3 supplement at least 400 UI

Ok It's for sensitive skin or acne prone skin when im using this facial wash i feel it doesnt optimal to clean my face so it makes my face look dull bcoz the foam is so little n so mild n i feel it doesnt clean my sunscreen completely moreover to clean make up it's a big no ! Coz when your make up still on your face while u sleeping it tends to break out better u use facial foam from drugstore

It contains paraben but it doesnt break me out *as long as i dont use it to clean my make up

The body shop pomegranate line is for signs of ageing (anti aging) skin when i use this facial wash the foam is a little, it's good coz too much foam can dry out the skin. 

It makes my skin clean, smooth n moisture n it doesnt dry out my skin n it doesnt break me out

It contains pomegranate which i love coz pomegranate good for anti aging coz it has three times antioxidant more than green tea

Ok angels when i have bad acne or big acne even it's only one it's so annoying i hate it so i'll try to get ride of it as soon as possible so i've ever used 3M Nexcare Acne Cover it does heal my small acne quickly but the big one it doesnt so now i i've found benzolac cl that better than nexcare acne cover it can get ride of big acnes just 3-5 days, love it

Just spread it thin on the acne area dont put it too much coz it'll leave acne scar.

hello angels ! I've used garnier sakura white pinkish radiance whitening cream SPF 21 PA+++ n it's almost the same with ponds dewy rose but i bought dewy rose coz higher spf n it's easier to blend than garnier sakura white n garnier contains alcohol

Hi angels i gonna review my favorite night cream ! Just so u know i ever went to famous skincare clinic in jakarta for almost 1 year bcoz of my acnes was so terrible it does make my acnes dissapear but it makes my skin oily, dull, flaky n my friend andre said " why your face is scaly like a snake" omg it hurted me actually coz go to famous skincare clinic is not cheap

so i stop to go to skincare clinic after that n i do research on internet to cure my acne by myself example : dont use skin care contains comedogenic for acne skin so finally thanx god i did it

Ok when i went to skincare clinic my dermatologist give me retinoic acid/retinol cream as night cream to cure my acne n because of that my skin flaky coz it's harsh for my skin so i find the mild one of that derma e retinyl palmitate so i never get scaly/flaky skin n also it doesnt make my face feel hot like i used retinoic acid, love it!!

Ok angels i gonna review my favorite honey u know that honey has abundant benefit not only for your healthy but also for your beauty

I've used madu tj,floral n madu nusantara but this is my favorite honey coz the taste is so good n also it wins top brand award 2009-2015 !!!

I like using it as face mask n lips mask twice a week n just so u know this is my favorite skin mask ever coz it makes my skin improve !! Moisture , heals my acne, shrink my pores n smooth my skin. Love it !!

i've used garnier lightening peel-off mask that contains alcohol. ovale facial mask : yam bean, cucumber, tomato, lemon they contain  

paraben despite they contain paraben or alcohol but also they're not as good as the honey as a face mask

Honey can be used for healing illness just so u know i dont like use chemical drugs coz it has bad effects too so i avoid to consume chemical drugs as much as possible

I personally use it for healing illness like :

Fever , cold, diarhea : i drink 4-7 tablespoons honey mix with 250 ml water

Cough, sore throat : i consume 4-7 tablespoon honey i prefer doesnt mix with water so that it kills bacteria in throat effectively

Toothache : gargling with water mix 4-7 tablespoon of honey for 5 minutes repeat it three times

As natural supplement or gastritis sufferer : u can use honey 1-3 tablespoon mix with water everyday in the morning before breakfast

Body Butter is the most moisturizing of body lotion n body cream so dont put too much coz it'll be sticky n oily. I ever used it n my friend touch my hand n he said " why your hand is so oily " after that i've used it little except when i use it for moisturizing while i am sleeping

It does moisture n smooth my skin n what i love the most is white musk scent it's soft n sensual i love it! i recommended for dry skin n super dry skin

Ok angels im gonna review my first concealer, in indonesia it's only has one shade that is medium sand which is too light for my skin the benefit is i can use it as highlight on the T-Zone n i personally use it not only for covering acne scars, blackhead, pimples, dark circles but also to hide the line near nose n beside of lips but i prefer using bb cream as lip concealer coz bb cream easier to blend than this 

But the coverage is not good for covers pimple so i've use double or triple layer for acnes

I've used Missha Perfect Cover natural beige despite it contains mineral oil (comedogenic) it also make myface dull maybe i should try #21 light beige so that it wont make my face dull but missha is hard to blend too. 

when i wear Silky girl magic bb cream #radiant it doesnt cover my pimples or my acne scars coz it's light coverage n it's oxidize n whitecast which i dont like it

Bomgyeol bb cream natural beige is my favorite!! it gives glowing skin finish suitable for dry skin. Personally i like use bomgyeol at night or when i just go to the mall (indoor with air conditioner) but when u use it outdoor with humid weather like jakarta it'll look oily

The Face Shop Quick & Clean BB Cream i dont like it coz it's grey undertone, oxidizes

 n contains paraben

Ok angels go back to the review cotton fit has good design with the pump one pump for entire face it's efficient! It's easy to blend n It has medium coverage that can cover redness, acne scars, blackheads which i like it. It makes my skin look flawless n it's matte finish, it has good oil control too suitable for oily skin i personally like using it in daylight but although the shade is natural beige it makes me look too white n pale

Recommended for oily skin

I love the packaging n it's eye catching especially green is my favorite color. It easy to blend but a little bit sticky at first there is vitamin E beads with green color in it n it'll shatter n absorb to your skin. I love the fresh smell

Ok angels im gonna review my favorite loose powder. I've tried Caring Colours Microfine Loose Powder 03 natural glow which is good n better packaging n not brittle but contains paraben

Why i like microfine ? Because microfine smoother make up finish n more natural

Ok go back to the review it has good coverage ( sheer - medium) n it suitable for oily skin including sensitive skin like me n it doesnt break me out irritate my skin, love it ! honestly i dont like the smell it's floral scent. The oil control for 3 hours. Im satisfied with it but i dont like the packaging it's fragile n make it spilled easily

Ok angels im gonna review my favorite sunscreen so far !! I've tried all varians sunscreen by skin aqua except skin aqua uv whitening milk spf 20 paa++ coz i prefer spf min. 25 for my skin coz higher spf means protect yourskin longer example : spf 20 x 10 minutes = 200 minutes it means it's protect yourskin for 3 hours 20 minutes from the sun but reapply after 2 hours is the best way to keep your skin from the sunlight especially when you're sweating coz it caused the sunscreen faded

Skin aqua uv mild milk spf 25 pa++ is my second favorite sunscreen but im not comfortable with the stickiness skin aqua gel spf 30

I've also tried another brand like acnes uv tint spf 30 pa++ that makes me look too white bcoz it's only one shade in indonesia n it doesnt moisture my skin at all, Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Jelly SPF 30/PA+++ at first it's drying but 2 hours later make my face turn oily bcoz the alcohol on it

Ok back to the review when i wear skin aqua spf 50 it'so light n it's not only protect your skin from the sunlight but also moisture your skin n it's suitable for my sensitive skin !! It doesnt break me out or makes my face oily n i love the high spf n pa on it

It contains improve hyaluronic acid (AcHA) which is better than hyaluronic acid (HA) u know that i like hyaluronic acid in my skincare or bodycare coz it gives optimal moisture for skin

It also contains vitamin B and E to nourish your skin

Water based formula makes it feel light, quickly absorbed n not gonna make the skin oily

It can be used as body sunscreen n make up base. I've tried Baviphat Sugar Girl All Skin Collagen Primer as make up base but i love skin aqua spf 50 more coz baviphat hard to blend on my skin n make my bb cream look thick n hard to blend on my skin too

Pros :

-3 in 1 

-moisture my skin

-not sticky

-high spf (high protection)

-nourish yourskin

-no whitecast

Cons :

- contains paraben

Hello angels i'll let you know my secret to achieve beautiful clear skin

Just so you know i never cleansing my face with facial foam in the morning unless i forget to wash my face at night. Usually i just cleanse my face in the morning with water and ya at night im cleansing with olive oil+ cleansing foam but when i dont wear make up i just washing my face with cleansing foam at night

The reason why i dont cleansing my face with facial foam :

N i agree with that, coz i've tried it n it improves my skin (i wish i know it from the beginning)

N i've read an article from famous dermatologist in new york that if u washing your face with facial foam in the morning it'll get ride of natural oil from yourskin which is has benefits to balance your skin moistness n shrink your pores, fight against bacteria that caused acne n irritation

It's almost 3 years that i never cleansing my face with cleansing foam in the morning. At first time i doubt it n afraid my acne become worse but it's not! it's improve my skin, tighten my pores,get ride of my pimples n balance my oily skin yeay!

Remember it's not caveman regimen that not to wash your skin at all. I do wash my face at night with just facial foam when i dont wear make up but when i wear make up i double cleansing my skin with olive oil + cleansing foam n is a must because at night while you're sleeping yourskin is regenerating cells so your skin has to be in clean condition n at night skin absorbed moisturizer two times more than daylight n also moisturizer helps regenerating cells process n moisture your skin. so dont forget to moisturizing yourskin at night angels

Etude House Skin Malgem Moist Review

Hello angels today im gonna review my favorite toner ever, i've use another toner like viva green tea face tonic is good n cheaper but contains paraben n viva astringent cucumber which is irritate my skin bcoz of alcohol on it , n i also ever use pixy cleansing express anti acne that irritate my skin too. When i'm not busy i made my own toner with ingredients 100 ml water mix with 5 tablespoon honey n 2 tablespoon eucalyptus oil shake the bottle n it's done!! for cooling n shrink your pores just keep it in the refrigerator

Ok go back to the review this toner is hypoallergenic (im happy with the words "hypoallergenic" coz it designed for sensitive skin like me yeay) it can be used as a mask too use with cotton n leave it on face for 15-20 minutes 

It contains blueberry n green tea n also hyaluronic acid that provides rehydration to skin. i love skincare that contains hyaluronic acid because it's not only moist but good for tighten your skin (anti aging) i heard botox n filler use hyaluronic acid 

When using it it's very hydrating n moist my skin. I feel my skin tighter n more elastic love it !! but honestly it's pricey

Pros :

- it can be used as a mask (2 in 1)

- hydrating n moist

- good for all skin type

- paraben n alcohol free

Cons :

- pricey
