Why Vitamin D deficiency is more common nowadays ?

Hello angels i wanna tell u my story about vitamin D deficieny

I actually never thought that i'll suffer vitamin D deficiency coz i know i live in tropic country that sunlight always there every day 

I used to be easy to get cold n flu almost every 3 days usually i got flu n i was think i could've sinusitis till my mom concerned about that n told my daddy to bring me to a doctor
N my daddy easily said that im not get enough sunlight that why im easy to get flu

I dont believe that at first because i thought the sunlight is so bad because im so concerned about my skin it can cause aging the skin quickly , dark spot, dull, blackheads, wrinkle, cancer etc. So i use sunscreen like everybody else do n i think my daddy words is not scientific

And i trying to do research on my own with googling to find the cause n the cure

i read some article that said flu caused by vitamin D deficient one of the article written in Mercola.com (dr. Mercola is one of the famous doctor in america i think) So i belive it

some articles with research said that using sunscreen will deplete your vitamin D in your body n also there's some articles that said sunscreen is not affect vitamin D absorbtion in your body

But i finally believe that sunscreen affect vitamin D absorbtion in your body bcoz it will deter your skin to make vitamin D so it can caused vitamin D deficient

So because i use sunscreen n seldom to activity outdoor so i started to consume vitamin D3 supplement. Why D3 becoz usually people lack in vitamin D3 form coz D3 produce by the skin with help of the sunlight 

when i go to drugstore to buy it :

Me : i wanna buy vitamin D3 supplement
 
Miss : oh ya here it is, btw why u want to buy vitamin D supplement, do u use sunscreen?

Me : ya why ?

Miss : actually used to be vitamin D/D3 supplement not entering indonesia because u know indonesia rich in sunlight but because many people in indonesia work indoor n use sunscreen especially women in indonesia that freak-out to get dark skin so vitamin D deficiency is common nowadays 

Me : Omg she knows it too ( my heart said)

so after consume D3 400 UI supplement my cold n flu completely better i still get flu but not often like usually i get cold n flu every 3 days but right now i get flu is so rare n my mood become better used to get depressed n tiredness easily, insomnia but right now it's not anymore, i wish i know it from the beginning ! U were right daddy (my heart said)

just so u know vitamin D is not only benefit for healthy bones but also for hormone, immune etc u know that european n american like to sunbathing when summer it's not only becoz they like tan skin but they said feel happy n warm that's why it's addictive coz sunlight/vitamin D also produce hormone serotonin in the body n makes feel good, happy. vitamin D deficiency is not only can caused to get flu easily but also depressed, fatigue n tiredness etc

There is an article said that korean women 9x more to get depressed nowadays than used to be n it said becoz korean women nowadays use sunscreen it caused vitamin D deficient and asian n dark skin more likely to have vitamin D dificient becoz the pigment make it harder to get enough vitamin D than fair/pale skin

So if u work indoor or u use sunscreen but wanna get enough vitamin D make sure u sunbathing everyday for 10 minutes for fair/white skin n 1 hours for asian/dark skin without sunscreen or u can consume vitamin D3 supplement at least 400 UI or drink two glass of milk everyday ( check the label nutrition fact of milk n choose milk with highest vitamin D3)

I personally consume Nature's Plus vitamin D3 400 UI right now and or Indomilk Full Cream bcoz it has the highest vitamin D3 i've ever known in dairy milk

note : every beauty products with SPF (sun protection filter) or UV filter it means it has sunscreen

My Skincare & Haircare Routine


Hello angels this time i gonna post about my skincare n haircare routine step by step, so chek this out

Daily Routine :

Morning :
1. cleanse my face with clear water
2. i use Skin Aqua UV Moisture Milk SPF 50 PA+++ for sunscreen n moisturizer*
3. i use Sebamed lip Defense SPF 30 for protect n moisture my lip*
4. i use Vaseline Healthy White SPF 30 PA++ Serum for my body sunscreen n moisturizer*

Night : 
1. clean my face with Mustika Ratu Minyak Zaitun Olive Oil n wait 20 minutes before clean it with water (cleansing oil + face mask)
2. clean my face again with Nivea Pure Source Cleansing Foam
3. I use Secret Key Starting Treatment Essence
4. i use Etude House Skin Malgem Moist toner
5. I use Derma-E Vitamin A Retinyl Palmitate Wrinkle Treatment Creme for night cream
6. I use The Face Shop Jeju Aloe 99% Fresh Shooting Gel as sleeping mask
7. I use The Face Shop Jeju Aloe 99% Fresh Shooting Gel as eye cream too
8. I use The Body Shop White Musk Body Butter for moisture my body

Weekly routine :
Morning or afternoon 
- scrub my body with Shinzu'i Skin Lightening Body Scrub 
- do daily morning routine no. 1-4 (if i scrub in the morning)

Night
- massage my face with Mustika Ratu Minyak Zaitun Olive Oil one a week (5 minutes massage n wait for 15 minutes before cleanse with water (face mask)) 
-Scrub my face with Pond's No Blackheads Deep Cleansing Facial Scrub twice a week 
- i use Madurasa Premium Plus Royal Jelly & Bee Polen honey as face mask (20 minutes) twice a week after scrubbing n after that do daily night routine no. 3 -8

Haircare routine :

Daily :
Morning
1. I use Lorea'l Smooth Intense Anti-Frizz Shampoo every other day

Monthly :
Morning
1. I use Pantene Pro-V Aqua Pure Shampoo (silicon free shampoo) to clean silicone build up on my hair
2. Two days after shampoo with pantene i use Mustika Ratu Minyak Zaitun Olive Oil as hair mask for 20 minutes n cleanse my hair with Lorea'l Smooth Intense Anti-Frizz Shampoo after that (if u have dry hair u can use hair mask weekly)


Note : 
* if u use sunscreen it will deter your skin to make vitamin D it can caused vitamin D deficient so make sure u sunbathing your skin for at least 10 minutes for white/fair skin without sunscreen n at least 1 hour without sunscreen for dark skin/asian skin coz pigment skin slower the skin to get vitamin D or use vitamin D3 supplement at least 400 UI
